Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to consulting engagements sold by Nodecloudbase—such as Churn Risk Baseline, Cohort Risk Briefings, Retention Signal Audits, and Ongoing Risk Retainers. It does not cover physical products, software licenses, or checkout purchases, which we do not sell on this site.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@nodecloudbase.digital or by phone at +66 0-3451-3255 within 14 days of the invoice payment date, unless a statement of work sets a different window.

Full refund

A full refund is available if we cancel an engagement before kickoff, or if you cancel in writing before any discovery session, data intake, or drafting work has started.

Partial refund

If work has started—data review, workshops, draft risk catalogs, or briefing preparation—we may issue a partial refund equal to fees paid minus the value of completed work, documented hours, and non-recoverable third-party costs agreed in advance.

Non-refundable items

• Completed deliverables already delivered and accepted
• Completed workshop or briefing sessions
• Deposits marked non-refundable in the statement of work after reserved calendar dates pass
• Retainer months already delivered

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked session with at least 3 business days’ notice at no charge. Later changes may forfeit a scheduling deposit or incur a rescheduling fee stated in your confirmation. Repeated no-shows may end the engagement without refund for the missed portion.

Work already started and materials

Time spent reviewing your event exports, drafting risk catalogs, or preparing cohort briefings is billable. Purchased research tools or temporary access costs incurred with your written approval are non-refundable once purchased.

Process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after written approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Exceptions

If mandatory Thai consumer rules require a different remedy for your situation, those rules prevail. Custom terms in a signed statement of work override this page where they conflict.
