A short method for turning similar engagement drops into inclusion rules someone else can rebuild.
A prediction rule is only useful if another analyst can recreate it. Write the rule: key events in the journey, message or plan filters, environment constraints, and the time window that matters.
Test edge cases early—staff accounts, trial bots, incomplete installs. Rules polluted by noise lose trust in the first retention meeting.
Pair each rule with one primary outcome: intervene now, watch, or accept for this cycle. That pairing turns reporting into a decision.
